- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We just migrated our 3 companies over to Paychex and it took 98 days for the migration. We tried to do our first payroll run and they weren't ready.. So we had to do it in our old system. Well... the next run came around half a month later, and they STILL weren't ready, so they decided to out it in manually... How did they do. Well... let's just say I don't think they have people that have ever worked in customer service working over there. With the second major screw up forgetting to deduct both TAXES and 401k, they won't even answer phone calls or emails in 24 hours... Not sure how they are so big and do so many transactions but we wont' ever do another transaction with these jokers.....By Sam Thompson, June 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just horrible. Paychex filed under incorrect account numbers, we had a lien placed on our bank account. They refused to reimburse us for the interest and fees caused by their mistake.
